By using EasyFaviconGenerator you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

EasyFaviconGenerator provides free online tools to create, preview and check favicons. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.

2. Your content

You keep all rights on the pictures you use and on the files you generate. You are responsible for having the right to use the pictures you submit. We do not claim any ownership or license on your content. The generated files may contain a small metadata marker mentioning EasyFaviconGenerator; you can disable it in the generator options.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service. In particular, you will not use the favicon checker or the URL loader to scan private networks, to attack third-party websites, or to send an excessive number of requests. Requests are rate limited, and access may be blocked in case of abuse.

4. Intellectual property

The EasyFaviconGenerator name, logo and the source code of this website are the property of their respective owners. Third-party trademarks displayed on the site (browser and platform logos) belong to their owners and are used for identification purposes only.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the service or from the use of the files it generates, including loss of data, loss of profit or website malfunction. Always test your favicon before going to production.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
